Your Data Stays on Your Device
Zerizut is designed with privacy as a core value. All data you create in the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, practices, or spiritual journey information to any external servers.

The App requests location permission to provide accurate prayer times (zmanim) based on your geographic location. Location data is used only for calculations and is not stored or transmitted. You can disable location services in your device settings, though this may affect the accuracy of prayer time calculations.
The App may send you local notifications for reminders and spiritual guidance. You can control notification preferences in the App settings. Notifications respect Shabbat and Jewish holidays when configured.
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit permission.
Educational content, quotes, and spiritual guidance within the App are provided for personal spiritual growth. Torah quotes and Jewish texts are used in accordance with fair use and traditional educational purposes.

The App includes a "Become a Zerizut Ambassador" option that opens an external web page for voluntary donations. This feature is designed to support our mission of keeping Zerizut free and ad-free.
Important: The "Become a Zerizut Ambassador" option opens an external web page for voluntary donations processed securely by Stripe. No digital content is unlocked. Donations are voluntary and do not unlock app features.
All donations are processed through Stripe Checkout on our external website (zerizut.com/support). The App does not process payments internally. Donations are completely voluntary and do not affect your access to any features or content within the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in prayer time calculations and spiritual content, we do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerizut and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You can delete all your data at any time using the "Delete All Data" option in the App's Settings. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all practices, streaks, achievements, and settings from your device.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
